I finished this 6/8 razor about a week ago.

Steel: 52100
Scales: Rosewood Burl
Size: 6/8 Half Hollow
Blade Length: 6 1/4
Hardware: Brass Rod and Washers
Thickness 3/8 behind edge: .009
Thickness 1/8 behind edge: .005

Nice looking piece.

Sounds like more than half hollow though. That shows some serious skill to keep them that thin and uniform;)

Its a bit more than half hollow, close to 3/4 but not quite there. :D I did this one on a 3" inch wheel and do full hollows on a 1.5" wheel (oddly enough its easier than flat grinding.)
 
Beautiful piece. I wish I had the skill and patience to create something like that.
 
Beautiful looking razor! I need to get some smaller contact wheels to make some hollow-er grinds. Really love those scales!
