525 question

I posted a pic of my 525 with the rainbow trout on the scale. I found it new in box in a local hardware store. They had a few with other wildlife on them. My question is how many different wildlife scenes did buck have on the 525's ?

I just started building a list (and also a collection) of Buck knives in the 525 size. I have 50 on the list so far, a quick count finds 27 with animals. I'm sure that's not complete, it's an ongoing process and doesn't include advertising knives.
 
The store i got it from had a bunch of them. I know they had the trout, salmon, whitetail, and pheasant. They had stacks of at least 10 of each model they had.
 
In the picture you find only the knives I have with a deer on it.
Three of them show the same animal but have different backgrounds.

Herbert, I'm curious, if you have the boxes, do they have all have the same catalog number or different? /Roger
 
No, Roger, I only have one box. But two of them have the same
date code on the blade. Also I saw two or three more with different
backgrounds and colors of the deer. That's six. I also have three or
four different Pheasants. But also only one box. At least I own
20 different animals and some of them twice because of the different
background.

I started to read the catalog and compare it with the BCCI knife history.
But it needs a time. Let's see what we dig out.

DeSky is right, they grow on you... Here are the ones I have in a box... The catalog numbers are different...
I have more but no boxes for them, well I might have a few more some where ...

Thank you, ITE, I couldn't find the Ruffled Grouse neither in the Special Ecition List
nor in the catalogs. But with your Help I could put the number of the into small ones list. :)

Do you have a picture of the other 525 you have?
