I have a master mechanic 4" lock blade knive. My question is do they still make them and if so where can I get one.

IIRC "Master Mechanic" was a trade name used by True Value Hardware Stores. If so then this was a contract item and might have been made by any of several suppliers.

If you post pictures of the actual item it might help.
