5400 Serum in Elmax, where is it?

I was watching a video about the knife where they said that Benchmade said that it would have Elmax (possibly at blade show or some otherknife gathering I am not sure) but they decided to go with 154CM instead.
So long story short the reason you are not finding them is because they do not exist.
While I do hate Elmax, I really wish they would have used S30V or M390.
The dual action is cool enough to jack up the price I guess but the 154CM on a 213$ knife makes me second guess myself.

I shouldn't say I hate it because it is normally good, I've just had bad experiences with ZT Elmax. M390 is better and that is what they use for newer blades so everything is ok.
When Elmax is properly heat treated and sharpened it should be a step up from S30V in performance and a step down from M390.

Oh, I know. That's why I was interested in Benchmade doing Elmax, because of the ZT issues.

I have heard that BKC received horrible batch of Elmax (probably after heat treatment) and discontinue using Elmax. I too agree that BKC should have used S30V than 154cm.
