Hello all, I got this 549\ (1994) Gray handle Fishlocker Buck knife at the swap a few weeks ago... I always wanted one... I can't wait to use it... Now I need a sheath for it... Does anyone know where I could find one? Thanks for looking...

That's cool. I've thought of those myself to use. How do they lock up? Are they real solid, no side to side play?
 
Nice score ITE! Those are great fillets! As far as I know, the only one that had a sheath was the "Tru-Blue" version. I could be wrong of course, but mine never came with sheaths when I picked them up years and years ago! Its a great fillet!
 
More than 12 inches OA when open makes this a pocket sword! Fisherman think big.

It looks like it doesn't weigh much.

Nice touch with the lined lanyard hole.

I don't think that I've ever seen that model before. Great find there lucky.

Thanks PFI, I don't think this one came with a sheath either... But I want to try and get a sheath from a Tru-Blue one for it... There have to be some sheaths out there some where for it... If I remember right the sheath was Blue just like the knife... ITE ... :thumbup:
 
Yep, it was very blue! I think if your persistant, you will find one eventually. But they are hard to find!!!! It was a pretty simple pouch type sheath, it may be just as easy or same price to just have one made?
