ok I bought a treo 755p cell phone..PDA ..bluetooth thingy so I can get my email. I have set up email so that I can recieve my email but when I try to send or reply I get this error..

550 must be authenticated...what the heck is that..and how do I fix...

Your mail client is not set up correctly. When you set up your email, did you include a userid and password for your smtp server? You could also not have the correct smtp server specified.

Same problems with my Wife's Blackberry. The above fixed her problem. I had to call Verizon for help (45 minuites later) it was done.
