Hi, not sure if anyone knows, or if Benchmade can chime in. What is the specific coating on these knives? Is it DLC, Cerakote, or something else entirely. Thanks!
 
Thanks, any particular plus/or minuses of cerakote vs DLC. Just trying to learn. Thanks again!
 
Cerakote
-good abrasion resistance
-excellent corrosion resistance

DLC (Diamond Like Carbon)
-excellent abrasion resistance
-no corrosion resistance
