551 King Charles II???

There's a Buck on a certain auction site called a 551 King Charles II. Can some of my more knowledgeable friends give some history on this model and its name?

This was taken from a old listing , it was offered by buck 1991-1996 made around 2600 of them, i think they were all made in 1992.
