I received a little package in the mail today that contained a Schrade Old Timer 55OT. It has green delrin scales, a thumbstud, and a linerlock. I am posting because I noticed that the edge is single ground only on the pile side. I also noticed that the linerlock is lacking the typical "PRESS" embossing. Has anyone else got one of these for comparison. Thought maybe it was an end of days knife???

I just read the sharpfinger thread & it seems this may not be unique to this knife. Still interested in comparison with anyone else's 55OT.

I have a 55OT that got out before the closing that has no grind at all. Still has the nub at the point.
Others were fine but they were single side ground.
Interesting things occurred towards the end of days.

Mine is the same as your's, Nick. Grind on one side only, and no "press". Additionally, mine has a crappy spring and the brass bolster is ground on one side. I'm confident that mine was a Second, dug out of some dumpster when the factory closed.
