560 Folder

If I bought a 560 folder, could I send it in to the Buck factory to have a BG-42 blade put on it?? Would it cost the price of shipping and 19 dollars? I guessed 19 dollars because that's how much it costs to get a BG-42 blade from Pete's Custom Knife Shop.

Joe Houser is the one to contact. The standard cost for now is that you send the knife and $30 and you end up with a new blade.

That is correct send in your knife and the $30 to the attention of Joe Houser @ the 1900 Weld address. Include your ship to address and state what you want done. I just sent my 560 in last week. I'll let you all know how it turns out.

ps. Anyone else interested in a Ranger 112 size with a Titanium handle? Thought it might be better for pocket carry.

I can attest the 30$ upgrade is an excellent mod on the 560. I also suggested they might make a bg 42 blade upgrade for the 112. Joe, if you do it, please email me.
