56Si7 steel ?

Anyone familiar with this steel? I just brought a k sabaiteir carbon and this is the steel they use taken to about 55rh. The best I can find is that it has high silicon and is something like 5160.
 
Thanks for the link and info. Time will tell what I think of it for a cooks knife compared to my Zwilling. The Zwilling is pretty tough as I've used to crack open lobsters and coconuts, this should be less prone to breaking under hard use. Edge holding in comparison is what I'm curious about, hope it's better. I'll put the pdf below of the steel which the maker sent me if anyone's interested.



Ok, I can't seem to get the attachment to work, no clue why.
