I'd been holding off on starting that all important 5 the thread - waiting til I had the new handles for my 12 finished. Things got complicated; so they're sitting there 2/3 finished. The weather's decent, and I've got a day off to play with later this week... with just a little luck, it will happen.
The purchase? I saw an unused BK2 in The Exchange this afternoon, and I went for it. I wasn't really planning on getting a 2 - just didn't see much point in it. I've also heard conflicting opinions on the sheath (like that's anything unusual, lol). I was planning on taking a stab (knife pun) at sheath making anyway; so if I hate it, I'll make the 2 my first project.
Off to submit my Beckerhead application....
Oh - this puts me at a 2, 7, 9, 11, 12 (x2), 15, 16 (x2). I had planned on picking up a 24; but I'll probably put that on a back burner with the 5 (and the 4)
Edited to add: I can't believe I left out my first Becker (which I still own) - a Camillus BK9. (I recently gave away my Cam BK7)
