6 days and still no gold subscription option available.

Ok esav,

I bought my gold subscription last thursday night. Its been six days weekend included and 4 days not included. I was quoted 2-3 days wait, and its the 4th day and no membership. Is there something wrong? The money has been taken out of my account but theres no user groups to join. Please help
