I wish I had taken some photos. I used my 6 inch Hudson Bay to prep chicken for dinner tonight.
It lasered though the skin and cut the legs from the thighs like it was going through warm butter.
This is a great kitchen knife as well as a very capable woodscraft knife.

Thanks again John.

I really like the placement of the pins and the handle wood looks great.

How comfortable is the handle geometry?

Works great for me in both a pinch grip and in the grips that I use for wood carving

Even though the Hudson Bay did not prove to be very popular, it`s still one of my favorites. Everyone who did get one really seems to like them.

Easily one of my favourite knife designs. I absolutely love my HB. That 6" looks terrific, too - I dig the handle!

Chickens are no match for a Hudson Bay camp knife!

Best,

- Mike

That really is nice work on the handle...and the entire package looks very functional.

I agree, it's my favourite from all your line, especially the 6" bladed version !;)

I was talking with Rockywolf on the phone yesterday, and he uses his in the kitchen too.
