Today at an estate sale the wife gave $1.00 for a full sized pick Mattock with the visible markings 6 lb. , India, FSA. Attempting to determine what FSA indicates ? I will need to rehang this one but otherwise appears in good shape. Any information is appreciated. It will be back in use shortly.

I was thinking Forest service, until I remembered that's FSS and I don't think they use INDIA made tools.

but no luck. Should make a good usable tool. And...the price was right ! :)
