6" mosaic Texas Bowie

This is my first mosaic, it's a combination of raidial, basketweave and jelly roll. I think on the next one I'll x4 it again to get a little finner patter.

6" blade, cold blued to bring out the color a bit better, Sambar stag and stacked leather handle, bronze fittings.

Thanks, I used 1084 and 15&20, I couldn't have got this far without Ed Caffry's mosaic vidio, it realy helped.

Thanks, this was forged on my press. It was surprisingly easy, just time consuming and very wastefull of material.

I think next time I'm going to forge it down and quarter it again to get a finner pattern.
