New C3 knives 6" slicer in 3/32" CPM S35VN, Fully convexed, Faux black ivory bolster with blue liner, Box elder burl scales, RC 60, HT with CRYO from Peter's.
Showing the build after return from HT.
All grinding is done freehand. Grinder set up for predgrind.

Fully convexed.

Good looking slicer - blade geometry & handle, nice job! is s35vn edge durable against accidental contacts with bone?

I wouldn't mind getting a NWG too. How do you like yours?
