6 Terminal Motor Wiring - It can't be that hard, what am I missing here...?

I am staring at the diagram and checking online and getting more and more confused. According to the picture, there is no place for a switch and no grounding. The wires only have the labels that are on the diagram and the colors as well. I am trying to get the toggle to turn it on and off hooked up, as well as attaching it to the power cord. I checked online at the KMG and it has a different motor diagram with different number/letters. I finally got all the parts and my first grinder is almost ready but now this is giving me the headache.

FYI: This is a single phase motor from automation direct (not the best I know, but what I have to work with) 1.5 hp that will run a three step pulley setup.

It is this motor: MTR-1P5-1AB18
AC MOTOR 1.5HP 1800RPM 56C 115/ 208-230VAC 1-PH ROLLED STEEL

Does anyone have any idea what I am missing here, or how to wire this thing? It really shouldn't be this hard.

My Goal:
1. Wire the toggle on/off switch I bought
2. 110v setup (no 220 for now)
3. get everything attached right so I can get running!

For low voltage (110) connect the blue, orange and red together. Also connect the white, yellow and black together. Connect the white wire of your power cord to the white, yellow and black. Run the black wire of your power cord through the switch and connect it to the blue, orange and red. On 110 systems only the hot wire (black) is switched. It appears you have a dual pole, dual throw switch. You only needed a single pole, single throw switch for the 110 system, but you can use your switch by using just one half of it. The neutral or common wire (white) is hooked up directly to the motor. If the motor runs backwards, exchange the black and red wires in the motor.

Reading my previous post sounds confusing. You let me try again.
Run the black wire of your power cord through the switch and connect it to the blue, orange and red in the motor.
Run the white wire of your power cord directly to the white, yellow and black in your motor.
If you motor runs backwards, interchange the red and black in your motor.
I hope that helps.

The instructions above are right

I do see a problem

The amperage motor rating is 14.7 amps

That leaves no safety headroom on a 15 amp circut, MAX should be 12

You would have to run that on a 20 amp circut

Do you have 20 amp circuits ?

I'd go up to a 12 gauge wire to do that
I'd check the switch rating to see it if handles that

Since you have a double pole switch, I'd use it
Line 1, line 2 to one side of the switch

Power cord black and white to the other.

green ground wire to the funny green coloured screw inside the motor box

Thank you for your help longun and 12345678910! That did it, now I just need to figure out the tracking problems. It seems to want to throw my belts off the side so I will do some tweaking tonight. That was great help, thank you to both of you! The switch was rated for the 1.5hp motor according to the box.

This is all coming together. I already couldn't take the suspense and I made a knife out of an antique hand saw, desert ironwood (way harder than I had though), and some brass pins. I did all this while I was waiting for my grinder/forge. It was a rough first knife, but it was a blast to make, and it will cut!
