616 boot knife?

Anyone have one of these little guys? I was browsing Cabelas last week and noticed them. I never gave them a second look before but this time did. Looks like a nice little slim knife.

Cool little knife. I held one a few times, compact is a good word for it. I like it. I understand the purpose of this knife and the reason for the tanto blade, but I would prefer a different shape blade. I'm holding out for version 2, unless there is never a version 2, at which point I will buy version 1. And as soon as I buy version 1, version 2 will come out. You know how that goes. Maybe I should just buy it now.

I had my local guy get one in for me to check out. I was pretty disappointed to find out to be so small. I ultimately passed on it.

I have been kicking one around for awhile. I really like the idea behind it, and love the steel. I too wish the blade style was different but I think it's a great size. I don't find myself carrying monstrous knives and that is one I could see having with me when I may need it. How's the sheath carry design? Anyone actually use it yet? I've heard some good things but it's pretty limited. Makael, your pics may have just sold another one

Here you go. Yes its a bit small. More like a 3 fingered knife. I would buy it again. its a well made piece.

The Sheath is a little work of art. The belt clip can be carried High or Low. You can separate the two parts to the sheath and have a neck knife as well. The more I have looked at this knife the more I like it.

I would buy it for the sheath alone. I'm serious, take a good look at it. It's so well thought out.
