639 w/ serrated edge ??

Hey all,
I saw this knife in a pawnshop and it has a serrated back edge, black phenolic handle w/ aluminum hilt and pommel that had a bead blasted finish and nylon sheath. The blade looked AWESOME!!! Was this standard production?? The knife appeared unsharpened but had some rough areas on the hilt probably from improper storage. He wanted $60 + tax. If anyone is interested let me know and I can go get it.

Mike,
I was able to locate info on 2 model 639's that matched your description. Neither one had a broach on the back, just the scallops.
