'70s Puma Ranger made in Germany

About a year ago, I traded a friend for what I believe is a '70s Puma Ranger that was made in Germany in the 1970s. I'm still not sure if that is what it is. So, I was hoping that someone would know for sure.
It has two folding blades with no lock on either and red bone handles. On the box is what I believe is a model number. 48 0250R. The primary blade is stamped with Puma Germany on one side and Stainless on the other. No stamps or markings of any kind on the other blade.
The knife is in mint condition. I also have the box which is in incredible condition as well. If anyone knows anything about I would appreciate the information.

It would be easier for you to get rest of the answers you seek if you post pictures of the knife in question.
