710 custom sheath and scales!

J.D. From The 710 Custom Sheaths is the man!
He met up with me at Beckerwest over the weekend and hooked me up with this awesome custom sheath and scales.

Let's start with the scales:

-They're Seahawk colored!
-The fit and finish are superb!
-The acrylic used really makes all the colors pop and when the light hits them the colors go deeper and looks 3D. Amazing!
-Held togather with SS hardware.
-Did I mention they're Seahawk colored? :D

Now for the sheath:

-Black taco kydex
-Black leather dangler
-Again, superb fit and finish.
-The kydex gives that nice snap to hold tight with no rattle.
-The dangler can easily be removed and the sheath can be scout carried due to the placement of the leather straps.

I've had some really nice kydex sheaths and some really nice leather sheaths. J.D. puts them both together in one amazing set up! A true craftsman!

I'm truly thankful J.D. This set up is the finest that I own and I'd recommend your work to anyone out there looking for a quality sheath. You always stay innovative with your designs and it really is setting you apart from other makers. Keep up the great work!

Got to see that set up in person. Gotta say it's as close to perfect as you can get. I need one...
But I wouldn't be caught dead with Seahawks colors or any other NFL teams colors on my gear. It's Steelers and nothing else even matters.
