710 kydex sheath for BK-2

Moose felt sorry for my Campanion what with no scabbard,save a emery lined horror story,to call its own.Now it has a 710 kydex with firesteel loop.The tek-lok Moose showed me is too bulky and I am going to try making a leather belt loop like I did on my Esee 4,but the 4's sheath had a two piece construction and holes on both edges,where the taco construction on this has holes only on one edge..

Your best bet in my opinion is 2 leather straps to carry scout style.

I like to hang it scout style. Surprisingly it doesnt flop around and is very easy to draw.

Does "scout style" refer to the horizontal orientation of the blade while being carried or to the use of two straps as in the above picture to achieve the horizontal orientation?

Usually in scout style the straps wrap around the knife sheath, like this:
