I finally got one of these, tho I paid double what it is worth at $137.
But it was the only one I have ever saw, and might be a few years before I see another one. And besides, it only money.
Now all I need is a 718.

Nice snag. Sometimes, when you're filling those gaps in a collection, you have to pay a little more.

That's a good looking slippy though.

Nice knife. Looking for a fixed blade yellow Jacket NIB with sheath. Have an extra GP152B NIB, never carried. Sheath is new as well. Let's talk swap.

IS THERE (or rather) WAS there a Yello-Jacket fixed blade then? I'd like to see a picture:thumbup:

I have only one Yello-Jacket but it's a finely made small knife.

Thanks Codger:thumbup:

What year approx is that ad from?

I have the single-blade lockback, well pleased with it too.

That page is from my 1996 Camillus catalog. It proclaims the CM628Y Small Game Knife as new.

A very nice and unusual acquisition. Don't worry over the cost since it will soon be forgotten. I've had a mint 719 YJ for many years. The very positive half stop and smooth operation are exceptional. It very nearly was sharpened a couple of times, but I resisted the temptation. It's just that they are borderline for pocket size and I have others I regularly use so I've never really decided what to do with it. What to do? Regards, ss.
