7505-132 legal in CA?

Good day guys,

Was wondering if someone can educate me on the legalities of knifes here in CA.

Now I know assisted knives are legal

but how about a 7505-132 dual action
Seeing it's an assist but it also includes a button would this make it illegal here in CA?

Automatic knives are mostly illegal in California, except for the small 1.5" blade jobbers that some companies produce. I would never rely on a police officer to automatically know the difference (mechanical or theoretical) between an assisted knife or an automatic. Just because someone is a LEO, doesn't make them a gun and knife expert. Some people think this happens through osmossis, but no. You can safely bet that if there is a button on the knife, and an LEO discovers it, you are pretty much toast. For many people, the general definition of an "automatic/switch blade" is opening the blade while pushing a button to release and lock the blade.
