7505-132 legal in CA?

Good day guys,

Was wondering if someone can educate me on the legalities of knifes here in CA.

Now I know assisted knives are legal

but how about a 7505-132 dual action
Seeing it's an assist but it also includes a button would this make it illegal here in CA?

Unfortunately, yes, this knife would be illegal in California. I was kind of excited about the design until I saw it was an automatic.
