I dropped the hex shaped stop pin down into the kitchen sink with disposal,and it is gone.
After trying magnetic pickup,and taking the sink trap out,completly cleaning the disposal and using shop vac to try to suck the pin back,I
am now resolved to losing it.
I need dimensions to make a new one.
The flat to flat dinension is the only one I can`t derive but all dimensions would be tremendous help if someone
has access to one of these.
Yes I already hate myself so wisecracks wont make me feel any worse.
I am going to call Benchmade during working hours today,but I have many trepidations about how that will go.:)

It is still a bit early in the AM on the west coast but definitely call BM. They have excellent customer service. Good luck!
 
I just called customer service and they will put a new stop in for me If I send the knife in.
That is what I am going to do.

I had that happen to me with a different brand. What a hassle to get the thing shipped out. Glad you are going to get taken care of. :thumbup:
 
Did me some good to get squared away with post office options.
Not too bad.I have been wanting to sell a few knives and now I at least will be able to ship knives out
no problem;as soon as I get a printer.
