We now ship a set of accurate degree wedges, in the above listed degrees, with the ERU sharpener, to help users develop a "flat" edge bevel on their blades. They are made to be used with a diamond plate or any type of flat abrasive stone. Place the degree wedge on the plate, place the ricasso or blade center line on the wedge and use this to position the edge at a set angle. Sharpen away!!!
PM me if you are interested in these wedges alone, not with the ERU. If there is a large enough interest in them we will run extras and make up sets.
