8/31 DOTD Foxy Folly has arrived

Here's the 8/31 DOTD Foxy Folly. I sent payment late Wednesday, and it was waiting for me Saturday morning, proving once again that nothing comes even close to HI DOTD shipping, or the excitement of finding a triangular box waiting for you. When I opened the box, I was blown away. The flat, leaf-shaped blade is very attractive. The knife is incredibly well-balanced, and seems almost impossibly light for its size. It is considerably lighter than my BAS. Tirtha's work is absolutely sublime. His edge geometry and the execution of the fullers is nothing short of perfect. Thank you to Auntie and the Kamis for providing these incredible pieces of true handmade craftsmanship.

Congratulations. Pretty sweet , aren't they? I love mine but I think it was made to be a fighter. It's pretty light for chopping. Mine is still a virgin, i'd hate to mar the finish. If you take it out post some pictures, give a review.
