This is an 8" chef in O1 with mustard patina. The OAL is 12 5/8" with an 8" cutting edge. 59-60 rc. The scales are contoured ghost G10 on white liners with fiberglass pins. $240
 
Damon, nice work! How thick is the blade and is this a convex grind or flat?

It's 1/8" with a full height convex grind. Almost flat. I like just enough convex to keep food from sticking to the blade.
