80’s Swiss Army Knife?

Today I stumbled upon a swiss army knife in amazing condition for very cheap at a rummage/gun sale. Through my limited research I think it’s from the 80s but I don’t know the model or value. It doesn’t have any pics or tweezers or a ring for a lanyard or keychain. The “V” in Victorinox is the same size as the “I” that follow it. Also I thought id mention that the flathead screwdriver stops at 90 degrees when opening. Here is a link to an album of pictures

You can find information about SAK knives at SAKWiki.com. Yours is similar to the climber. It may be a forerunner of that model, or a version sold in some other country.

Victorinox used to sell some of its popular knives for a little less without tweezers and toothpick. They called it their "economy series." You have an economy series Climber without tweezers, toothpick and keyring. SAKwiki.com has a photo of the box for an economy series Spartan:

If I am not mistaken, economy line is the only line that has matte Nylon scales, and it should be out at 1994.
