800-1200 grit 2''x72'' belt

Good day all. I'm very new to this knife making business. I've always wanted to get in to it and now I'm of the age to get off the motorcycles and do something a little safer. Lol I'm trying to find a good supplier for all grit 2'' x 72'' sanding belts. Seems the hardest for me to find is anything over 600 grit. Also is there a place to find something like a chart or something that will help me learn what grit belt I need for deferent types of jobs? Thanks for any help you may give me.
