80crv2 and damascus

Has anyone make a San Mai out of 80crv2 in the middle and 1080/15n20 Damascus?
If not,can it be done? What heat treat should I follow for this combo? Thanks for any help.

Works fine, quench from ~1500’f, and temper between 350’ and 375’.
