Still pretty common or not? Was this one produced by Schrade right up till 2004?

I bought one a while back and have not yet carried it. Looked like a good bird knife though. Kind of like a Muskrat, but with one guthook/locking blade.

Only made for two years or so, '90-91 or there about. They are no nearly as common as the UH and OT patterns that were produced for many years, or even the newer patterns produced in the last two or three years.

I can see why you'd want a locking blade on the guthook, that could be pretty tricky without it. Does the tip of the hook stand proud of the handle when the blade is closed?

This is a SCHRADE UNCLE HENRY 877UH pocket knife. It has a stockman handle style with the muskrat blade configuration, with one of the blades having a gut hook. The blade that has the gut hook has a lock on it when the blade is fully opened. The tang stamp on the gut hook blade says SCHRADE + USA 877 UH. The handles are staglon with the UNCLE HENRY signature shield. The bolsters appear to be nickel. This knife measures about 4 inches closed. This knife is in like new condition un-carried and un-sharpened. There is no box and no papers.

This one is near it's full market value with the starting price. It is a nice knife. The seller says the Guthook blade locks. Clemente says it does not. I don't have one, so I cannot say. And there is no view shown of the knife closed, but I am guessing that the hook nests with the clip blade protecting it. If not, you have a factory "wave" Schrade! :D

my 877UH has a liner lock on the gut hook.

Wow. If I recall correctly, I paid less than $30 NIB. Be interesting to see if that one goes for asking price.

The guthook blade does lock (liner lock of sorts).

Looking at the knife, closed in profile, the guthook does stick up just a little bit above the other blade.
