880 Sp

Well I baught an 880SP and am very pleased with the overall knife
but, i broke it already. I am one of those people who likes my
knife clean and the strider came with all the grease all over it.
so i took it apart cleaned it up put it together and on the last screw and pow I broke off the head
now i have to send it in because buck will not send me the parts.
i just want to know if UPS is the way to go or should i use the US Postal sevrice.

Postal Service - Priority Mail w/ Insurance - this way it should arrive in El Cajon in about two days. Expecet a fast turn around from Buck's Customer Service. It is the best in the business !!!! The faster you get it to them, obviously, the faster they can get it back you.

When you write the address on the label, instead of sending it to "Buck Knives" - send it to "BKI" - there is much less temptaion for the package to be mis-directed if they don't see that it is a Buck going back to the factory.

Well I just got done talking with Jeff Hubbard through e-mail
and I tell wou what those guys over at buck ate top of the line
