900 lb. Bridge anvil for sale

Man...If I had $3k to blow and Utah was closer I'd be ALL OVER that.....

Will it fit in a flat rate box?

Maybe if you folded it *really* small -- if you can find a couple of handy extra dimensions to do the folding in, you could really make them earn their money with a flat rate box. :D I was just watching someone making a huge sword on a WIP and I think he had a very similar anvil - couldn't see the whole thing from the pictures, just the center arch, so I wasn't sure what I was looking at exactly. Now I know.

I know someone that will probably buy that in a heartbeat if he doesn't already have one.... Charlie, you need to call Ben and tell him about this one! :) Charlie's got a buddy that collects anvils, lots of anvils, lots and lots of anvils.

A buddy of mine just abought a 350 or 400# anvil that was similar. It's a bout the perfect forging height just as it sits.

I need to read the regs regarding the use of a Flat rate box...... couldn't you make some sort of mobius strip/tetrahedron thingy with it? would that count as being in the box? We really need to test that. :)

That aside, sadly, the flat rate box *IS* limited to 70lbs....If we cut it into enough pieces.... :)

What if you flattened out some flat rate boxes and wrapped the anvil in them? Sure, it would take a few, but I think the total number of boxes needed x70lb/box might just work out.
