An almost 20 year old production knife may have a lot of collector value, provided you have the box and all the relevant paperwork that was included with it. It depends who you are selling to. Having everything complete, will result in a higher selling price. Some people don't care much and will haggle. In other words, there is no real hard and fast answer. Personally, I love the Stryker knives, I would not pay $300 for a 905 though, that is not a deal in my opinion. Someone else might just "have to have it" and pay whatever it takes. There are all kinds in the knife collecting/buying/using community.

$100 is a good price for a mint 905. Being plain edge satin (probably) ATS-34, these command a higher price than one in combo edge. Add the box with dated original paperwork, and even better with the Elishewitz logo on the right side of the blade, and your investment is a sound one!
