First thing I noticed upon un-boxing was the weight. It has a surprisingly hefty feel that I like a lot.. solid.
Typical Benchmade fit & finish, flawless carbon fiber. The grind is mostly even and the cerakote has no imperfections that I can detect.
Usually with Axis knives, a little tweaking of the pivot is necessary to achieve that perfect free swinging action that we all love..but not this Stryker II. The pivot action was perfect out of the box.
I'll be carrying her around for the next few days to put her to work.
Good job KSF and BM.

Sweet. My axis bar was a little sticky but has worn in nicely. I'm in love with it. My first benchmade was a Stryker (912) I could not resist an M4 Stryker

And because it's carbon fiber friday:

Sorry, should of been this pic I was asking about the handle scales

My Stryker is just the most outstanding, perfect-out-of-the-box Benchmade ever. Worth every penny.

Posted comments on it earlier today over here ….

Really nice.^
fwiw... I just got a 909 with the Black blade but I'm going to exchange it for a satin. I just like the satin finish on this folder better than the black.
