9130 auto Stryker blade play?

I recently sent in my auto stryker and had the blade replaced cause it was pretty beat and the sreations were all but gone it did not have any blade play when i sent it in besides the normal side to side, when i got it back from benchmade it now has side to side play and a lot of up and down play. just wondering if this in normal for this knife and normal for benchmade to send it back with so much blade play this is my first auto that i have had to send in should i contact them or is there a fix for it? Also dose benchmade sharpen serrations cause they seem to have missed the onse on my auto reflex 2000 that are CHIPED out.

While i dont own a full size stryker i do own and use a mini stryker. it has a slight amount of up and down and no side to side. i would not say any play is normal. At least it should not be in my opinion. If your knife is old and it sounds like it is. You may have a few parts out of spec. Thats just a guess though. i hope you get it figured out though.

It should have no play what so ever. I have the same knife and it is flawless. If you can, send it back again. I usually use a local dealer.

Wunderbar is correct. I had some play develop, sent it in and it was fixed. They replaced the blade. Mine is now quite old, used and with no play.
