Let me know what you think?

I think it looks good.

Do you mind though that the sheath made a tip up knife into a tip down knife?

My favorite folding EDC, cool! I have two of them and never considered putting them in sheath. Is that for the law, or just because? Did you make it yourself or what? :)

I like that it's not symmetrical. Making it symmetrical would have been the usual, unimaginative, boring and easy way to go. It it is, it carries on the same cool lines of the knife. I like it a lot.

All this said, the 940 is so slim and easy to carry with the clip that I don't see the point—not that it matters. As long as it works for you!

That looks very clean! Good work, never thought of putting one of those in a sheath

I just liked it. I'm not sure who made it. I traded for the sheath on benchmade forums. Not really sure.

The sheath was made by Vess Leatherworks up in Canada. Maker's name is Vadim and does a great job. You can order the sheath with clip attached or removed. Best part is prices are very reasonable. One thing about tip down carry is the stud on the blade's right there as you pull the knife out, eliminating the famous Axis flip.
