940 Red Limited or 940 Red ##/100

I can get either one. What should I get?
940 Red Limited or 940 Red ##/100 Both with plain blades.

They aren't both numbered?

One is numbered 012/100 and the other just says "limited"

Well, I thought there was only one limited, number run of red 940s, but I guess I'm wrong.

Personally, I'd got for the numbered one.

Here is a picture of a Limited Edition 940S serial #22/50 that I have for sale over on the Knives for sale forum. These were the first red handled ones to come out. The 940 is a great knife no matter which one you get.

one is $25 more than the other what is the better of the two.

It's a production folder. Get the $25 cheaper one and use the hell out of it. If you want to make money, play the stock market. When you buy production knives, or even custom, buy them to use and enjoy for what they are.

The 940 is a great user knife. Buy the one that's $25 bucks less and use it hard.

The numbered 940 will generally sell for less than what you paid for, not na good investment.....at all
