Well, we're almost within the 90 day window, which means I better break out the never dull and start shining up all that brass. I don't have fancy display cases like decaf Dave, so I'll simply be bringing them in an old briefcase. :o
I am SO looking forward to this! I only hope the temperature finally gets above freezing by them. :eek:

I got the tickets, I got the new passport and I ordered the clothing I like to wear at the meeting, the motel is booked -
all is done that the tour around the half of the world can happen. And a lot of you made it possible! Thank you all!!!

I hope I can make it... I Just got to sell some more Hot Wheels or all my knives and then I can start buying all over again when I get there... I hope Buck is having a sale..... :thumbup:

well i did so with a two half niters buffing brass before the SVKC show ...

what ? me fancy ?!? :eek:omg ... i is not fancy .. jest diffrent:D...
lota styles of cases ... ya should see my buck box! jest ask darrelS about that box!! hee hee hee it was 60 lbs and full o 110's..:eek:

:cool:...I think 60 pounds may be a bit conservative...Let's just say that a "snatch n grab" by a crook lookin' for knives would probably result in an arm pulled outa the socket...:eek::eek:...and that's if Dave had set that box down on the pavement...:p

That may explain why Dave has one arm longer than the other. :D

i was refering to the basic farmer made utility look mostly with its steel straps and chain handle... fuctional not pirty
the box had to be rather sturdy to hold the weight ,,,
but at last ..it got too heavy for me to carry around so it was retired ....

:cool:...:(...No Clint, it's just not in the cards, financially, for me to make it to Post Falls. We've been struck with so many unexpected bills, both medical and real estate-wise, that I can't see a way to make the jaunt. I'd sorely love to meet all the people who will be attending and those who we've come to know through Buck...Maybe, if I'm still around, we'll look at the "Silver" anniversary celebration...:o...Meanwhile I'll keep buying the ocassional lottery ticket as well...:thumbup:

well at least say ya will show your stuff at lakeland in feb 09!!
i will lend ya my buck box to carry them in!
and as i said i can help wit a show box...
'cides i want to see what ya got sence last time i was there!
that was so cool sitting at your table ....
i tell ya that is the first thing that gave bucksway the fever...
sitting there watching us ouue and awww over what we each had and then you answering his questions!
 
Darryls.. Dave PROMISED!!!! Me he would take a movie camera to record the110/112 workshop and mabe a few other happensings there...that along with the offical dvd will have to be the next best thing to being there...DAVE TAKE LOTS OF FILM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
