I always repair any knife I've ever made for free. Just cover shipping.

If there's a warranty issue - as in, the heat-treat or materials fail, then I'll replace the knife the best I can. I try to keep extra blanks on hand for this purpose, but since it doesn't really happen that much, it may take a little time getting a replacement.

So, long story short - I cover the knife regardless of who purchased it.

Yes - I failed to mention that it also extends to knives purchased from dealers. I sell nearly as many knives through dealers right now as I do myself. Probably about 40/60.
