'98 Commander Question For The Experts

Gents,

I'm considering putting up my '98 Commander for sale to finance a watch purchase and wanted to ask the experts for a fair assessment on current value.

The s/n is #794. Knife is in unused condition edgewise with a couple of very faint marks on the BT finish. (You really have to look for them.) The thumb disc also has a very slight amount of the black rubbed off.

I have the box and papers but the box is slightly dented and the original adhesive label is missing from the end flap of the box.

Those are the only flaws if they could be considered as such.

I appreciate any assistance you experts can provide so that I can make a fair evaluation of the worth of the knife and whether or not to part with it.

I´m not sure about the value. Might be around $300-ish...

An uncrushed box is almost looked upon as a fake. Nothing wrong with a crushed box. Check out this thread for more info on the issue of crushed vs uncrushed boxes
