Just wanted to say that I am overly impressed with the customer service from ESEE. I had recently purchased a used RC-6 a few months ago, and have been very happy with it. But the person who owned it before me decided to put their own edge on it, and it just wasn't as sharp as i would of liked it. So i emailed Jeff, and asked if there was anything i could do to fix it. I received an email the very next day by mike perrin (co-owner of ESEE) saying that all i had to do was send it back in, and they would gladly put a new edge on it for me. So I sent it out, and 10 days later received it in the mail with the sharpest edge that one could ever have. I'm talking like brand new. You can imagine my excitement, and want to start chopping at things. And I just wanted to give props to everyone at ESEE, and ROWEN for standing by their warranty and their product. Things like that make me wanna buy more and more from them!
