A 7 and new Kydex!

I had to get a new BK7 and well it came recently. I also got some kydex from azwelke. He is a forum member and has a fantastic turn around time and great skills with kydex. I'm not down talking others who do kydex here, but this is the best kydex sheathing that I have personally seen. I originally wasn't too happy about the pricing because I thought I was going to get a similar deal that another shop sells (this shop sells kydex sheaths and american made knives). When it came, I was really impressed and now I totally am willing to purchase Al's kydex work for other blades! The guy does great work. I am picky and I ask a lot of questions and, like a lot of other guys, I know exactly what I don't want, but his work (Al's/ azwelke) is great and I highly recommend it. I also didn't want to wait months. Nothing against other guys, but if you have so much business that you can't send things out timely, then scale back. Just an opinion....Ok so heres a couple of pics.

that's a sweet rig.
Looks like you've got nylock nuts on the handles. any other mods?

I am in Europe, hence my name. I tried to get stainless fasteners to fit the handles. I was unsuccessful for over a year. I didn't want to have shipping be more than the item, but I did it anyway and now, I am happy. I have a couple other beckers, so I figured I'd also buy a set of 25 with nyloc, because I don't want to use some sort of adhesive.

The only other mod that I did on my first 7, was rebeveling. I haven't done that yet. I don't know if you consider it a mod, but I put it at a true 20 degree angle. I find that on ALL my blades, except folders, this works exceptionally well. I also haven't had any issues with it. I know a lot of people would tell me to convex it, but I don't always like a convex edge, like I said, I am very picky as to what I want and how I want it, especially with my knives.

nice looking setup, eventually I'll have to get a kydex sheath for my 7 as well, looks a lot better than the one that comes with it.
