I finally got my Arms & Armor Hungarian Axe and it's a keeper. It's a little smaller than I expected, but very well balanced an fast for an axe. It's a very well done replica of a 16th century battle axe. Overall length: 51"; Blade: 10" x 6.5" and notice that the handle is not round, it's oval so you can index the blade without looking at it. The edge is high carbon steel welded onto softer steel head.

Wow. What a handsome tool.

If I had one, I'd definately take pix of it chopping a watermellon in half!

Somebody was thinking about practical no nonsense fighting when they made that. Very nice.
