A batch of four wharncliffe utilities in S90V, G10. A bit different for me.

This ain't my usual style - but I try to be versatile. So, these have straight edges, thumb jimping, techy stainless, and pink G10!

Anyway, that's the latest off my bench. Hope you like.

Nice set.
They have a pretty flat handle profile which suits them nicely. What thickness G10 did you start with?
I have a piece of 1/8" by mistake and amn't sure how much shaping room there is with such a thin piece.

Nice Salem! I know it isn't your style but most know that it is most definitely mine!:D I think you pulled those off beautifully!

Right up my alley.

Funny, the first guy I thought of when posting these was you, Jon- you're always posting batches of nice clean wharnies/utilities/techy knives. You do it real well, I'm not trying to rip your style off or anything... but I'm not above "borrowing" a little from time to time!

Thanks for looking, guys. Daizee, most of these started with G10 in the neighborhood of .250. The black one is actually canvas micarta, and started as a block. 1/8" G10 is a little thin for larger fixed blades, but can be fine on a non-tapered, fairly thick full tang. Or, you can put spacers in to thicken the scales a little.

Very nice work. I can see that as being a very useful knife with the design and materials used.

Salem, I never thought for a second that you were ripping off or borrowing anything from anybody. I only meant that people know I love fixed wharnies!!:D I think you did such a splendid job on these bud, really great work. Nice to see you step outside your comfort zone and I hope you had some fun. Now maybe I should step outside of mine and try an integral one of these days!! Seriously though, thanks for the kind words. Would love to see more from you like these sometime.

Great work, Salem! What are the dimensions? That looks like a radical taper on the tangs. Well done.
