A semi showed up today with several pallets of wood that we will be using for next year's projects.

These are some thick chunks over a foot thick that we will mill into tabletop slabs.

These have a good start at coloring up with the blues that we want.
Now they will go into the barn to let them darken up a bit more over the winter.

I forgot to mention before;
This is Buckeye Burl from Central California.
Only a small amount of this will be suitable for handle material.
The majority of it will be used for furniture, clocks, bowls and other stuff for our galleries.
Just looks like dirty wood right now but these guys here can make some beautiful things with this wood.
