To Jerry, Dan, the Guys, Lexi, Pokey, and the Girls... I want to wish you all a HUGE Thank You, for being such a great group of folks.
I have never seen a company do so much for their customers, and provide such a level of service.
A true story:
In April (2015) my wife and I attended the spring shoot at Knob Creek. I greeted the table staff (Pokey, BEEF, and new girl Shaley) and proceeded to buy a couple of knives and converse about knives, football, and custom shop work. (Pokey, Shaley and Beef, respectively on each) I'm from Bama, so Shaley wanted to talk football. Pokey let me know what all was up at the shop. And I.had a question about.custom work, which Beef was very helpful in answering. While talking with.Shaley about Bama football, I simultaneously watched Pokey and Beef talk knives with a customers young son (probably 8 or so) for a long time.
It really impressed me. They gave as much or more attention to this young man as they.did folks who were actually going to spend money. His dad bought a knife, but the boy got just as much, if not more, of their time.
What a testimony to service! I decided then that I would be a long term customer. To say I was impressed would be the understatement of a lifetime. I've been to the shoot numerous times, and this isn't the first time I've seen something like this. Every one from Busse I have ever talked to or met has always treated me more like a friend than a customer.
Here's a cold one to everyone in the Bussekin multiverse!
